One day we went the Orana wildlife park and it was really cool. There were a whole bunch of different kinds of animals. My favorite was the otters. They were so cute, we even got to see them being fed. When they were getting fed, the zookeeper gave the dead fish to the otter, and the otter would shove it in their mouth and beg for another fish. Later, the zookeeper threw some of the fish into the otter’s swimming pool. The otters would dive in, bring the fish back to dry land, and eat it. The otter that had been the closest to me tried to grab five fish at once. One fish would always be floating away and the otter would try to get the fish but another would float away. So, at last the otter had to let someone else get some. The otters were William’s favorite, too.

My second favorite was the cheetah even though we did not get to see it run. We would have gotten to see it run but the zookeeper said that the cheetah got smart. It knew that it was going to be fed if he did or didn’t run. But it was cool because we got to see the cheetah eat the food. And even one cheetah climbed up the tree and ate it up there.

Other amazing animals were the black and white Lemurs. They were so fascinating, especially when we got to see them getting fed. The Lemurs ate only bananas. We got a demonstration and the Lemurs did exactly what the zookeeper talked about. I thought it was really fun to watch them leap all over the place.

Also at the Wildlife Park there was this playground with an awesome flying fox. Another thing at the playground was an elephant shaped steel climbing structure with lots of holes.
And to top of the magnificent day we got ice creams as special treats.
